1st time to stay. Much better than expected and good cost/performance.

it was attractive and friendly and we would want to stay there again.

A serene escape with roses

The tranquility was unmatched! The manager was accommodating, our stay was stress-free during a tough time. The fresh roses around added a lovely touch.

A toilet leak occurred, but the staff addressed it promptly. Minor quirks in the room's upkeep could be improved, yet it was still cozy.

It's attractive place to stay 1 mile away from Rengstorff Park & Pool. The location is excellent, the check in is easy. The hotel has the restaurant with the friendly staff and location that was convenient for shopping and dining. Thank you for a nice stay.

Location, price. Had an medical appointment at Stanford Medical Center and the location was great for us and the price was right.

Needed handicap bars in bathroom, tub and toilet areas. Need more handicap parking.

Really good price/performance and location at El Camino Real in Mountain View was reason for my choice. All rooms have good wifi connection, you just need to ask for password at the reception.

It was difficult to open the window.

Just I needed a clean and comfortable room around this location with parking and internet access, and this is what I got.

The roses were in bloom and the garden area was well kept and pleasant to see and smell.

Sheer curtain was not available to cover window. So you could just have exterior light. The curtains were only room darkening. Light from outside came in under the room darkening window curtains. I enjoy daylight but want darkness when I sleep.

Light not working, smell, air condition noise, tv has terrible quality, no body answer phone in front desk after 11:00, terribly slow net work....

We visited Shoreline Amphitheater and played a round at Shoreline Golf Links. The motel was affordable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. Plus, it was within walking distance to Chipotle and Panera. Perfect spot for our getaway.

The owner's breakfast area was small, and it felt odd having his relative in a bathrobe while we were trying to eat.

Clean and spacious room. The room furnishings is fairly up to date and attractive.

The desk service is not customer oriented, not very friendly demeanor. The bathroom tub calking has turned black in some places and looks gross.

Poor of amenites. No in room with sugar and creamer for coffee.

convenient location, close to downtown, quite calm

had some problem with opening windows, finally gave up :( anyhow that was not 100% needed
